Return Policy

We want you to love your TE&RO product. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

-Items must be returned in their original packaging.

-We accept returns for unused or lightly used items (less than 10% used).

-Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

-Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We do not offer refunds on “Final Sale” items or discounted bundles unless defective.
